Well, maybe not entirely fan art, but it's still inspired by Legend of Zelda.

This is my wicked cool Goron character over at ZRPG . Man, Goron's are fun, but kinda' hard to draw with their weird proportions.

Anyhow, this old guy's a caravan guard who lost his mate during the whole 'Ganon thing' and just kinda' is doing what he can to move on and distract himself from painful memories. Thus, he works a lot.

I'm pretty happy all in all with this piece, and I think the shading turned out pretty well. I'm trying to get more contrasty with my shading these days, to make it more dynamic.

In other news, trying to colour and highlight reflective looking bronze/copper business is a bitch.
