Description
I made this picture at a time where I had hit rock bottom in life. One of my best friends had just committed suicide, I was stalked by a crazy person (to say the least), my father more or less lived in the street, I had trouble sleeping plus the company I was working for had financial problems. Add to that the job was both frustrating, tiresome and boring.

It all made me very introverted and I spent most of the time hiding in my appartement not wanting to speak to anyone. I hardly answered the phone or met any of my decreasing number of friends. Looking back in the mirror I guess it was to keep my façade that everything was fine plus that it lessened the chances of running into my stalker.
Anyway, a lot happened in my head and this picture was one of the things that came out at this dark time.

It's called "Still here" because I live in sweden and had an english friend that was very interested in the music I write. He was very worried that I would committ suicide and when I hadn't kept in touch with him because of my depression for a while I wrote short mail messages to him with the text "still here" in the body of the mail just to calm him down.
