Sam was pretty nervous. Not just because it was the first competition of the Snowmustang, but also, because she never entered in another competition than dressage before. After a long time of training, the stallion was ready for his first exam: How to behave, when there are so many people around.
Against the suppositions, he behaved very well and when they ran into the forest to take the jumps as they came, he was all concentrated and not nervous at all. At least one of them could keep cool.
"Oh my god, I hope you know, what you're doing...", she murmured, as the big stallion dashed through the forest. He knew the jumps and the runs from his home in Austria, where he had been some kind of a leader. They had been in the forests for days and this was the same, only with someone on his back. Someone he knew, so this wasn't even a problem.
