At this hour?This is actually a sorcerer summoning a character familiar to fans of the horror writer H.P Lovecraft. She's Shub Niggurath, The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young. A fictional, perverse fertility goddess.
I think I might ink in a few peeps trying to escape, and tidy it up in places. Hmm, dunno.

The detailing of the copper/brass in the infernal red light is my favourite part!! I love to see your work (the emerging goddess is frightening)!
Thank you for letting me bother you - sorry I haven't responded to your longer messages yet (don't know if you are dev watching my journal but it explains my living situation at the moment, and how I mean to sit down and respond probably in the next week as things get better, but how things have been pretty bad - too bad to be in my right mind)

It looks very moody and bloody. But forgive me that, being an artist as well, I just don't only praise. There is so little work required to bring it from 'cool' into 'awesome'! You could work on consistency of your lighting to emphasize the focus and space. The architecture is a little hard to read (shapes silhouettes). Also, there is a bit empty on the right side of painting - I don't find that part of canvas very interesting. Sorry for being a bit harsh, but I'm sharing what I would like to receive too
