This is interesting, about a week ago, I was talking elsewhere on the net about the idea of opposites being catalysts for energy, like batteries with a positive and negative side.  I actually used lost and found as one of my examples of an opposite.  So this is really interesting, also too because the two different screw heads match the signs of negative and positive on a battery.

The idea I was exploring at the time is that we tend to think about a number of things in binary, and the tension that is created by 'thought between opposites' creates kinetic energy, motivation.  It is a vessel for creation.  Thinking in opposites can also be a mind trap, so then came the idea of creating the energy but also transcending beyond the vessel, not being bogged down by it.

Yes, like the idea of the anima and animus, balancing out various aspects within the self.  Can take awhile to realize that.  Although the idea of a collective unconscious is interesting too (Jung).  You're welcome.

You could say the world is full of illusions, some are more commonly shared than others.  The predominant illusions sort of shift over time, and sometimes they can collectively go in an unhealthy direction, and it becomes more difficult to correct it the more people that buy into it.  However, the more it punishes, the more likely it starts to correct itself.

yes the world is in a state of suspended disbelief, with narcissism as its core focus.

Well, if that is where it's head is at, we need to look at the sort of media we've been consuming.

i could go on but I'm just pessimistic about humanity and its future right now,
especially with brexit coming up and knowing how its [typically] going to go when the stakes are so high...

Well, you could look at it this way - change is the only constant in this world (and the universe for that matter).  Change brings a mixed bag of consequences.  Some could be positive, some negative, and they can play out either short or long term.  I think it is turbulent times.  There has been a lot of interference in the Middle East, Africa, East European countries - regime change, strategic manipulations.  Now we see they have been having negative knock on effects for Europe and the EU set up has made every European country vulnerable as a result.

What we need at the moment is to restablize the countries that have been destabilized so that people feel like they can go home and be safe there (because, honestly, they are not going to be treated very well in the countries they have been pushed out to, their qualifications are recognized in their home countries, etc).  We also need to speak out more against all of these regime change operations that do little more than bring misery, new forms of corruption, and feed the military industrial complex.  If we are living in a world that seems to be driven by those out to make as much chaos as possible to profit from it, then nowhere is safe until we can put a stop to that way of thinking.

and set an example to other would be sovereign states.

Yes, Independence has come, and it is a step away from the goals of the globalists.  There are likely to be manipulations and punishments to come, but the thing is, it was becoming fairly clear to me that we were all being led by a pied piper to a not very good place.  My feeling is that the more people that can break out of being led down that path, and setting a new path that makes sense to people for a change, the better.

You know, from my point of view, you could see it fairly clear as day that certain groups/individuals in the world were behind disrupting other countries, that were creating large migrant/refugee flows, that terrorist cells were coming through on, that was stimulating the growth of the far right, and these two groups fighting each other could become a catalyst for throwing multiple countries into chaos.

So naturally, the countries want to protect themselves from that becoming a reality.  At the same time, we have to look at what is happening in the countries where the disrupted people are coming from.  What led to those disruptions?  How can things be put right so people feel safe to return home?
