Nice bird! I like that we can see the nest and specially the moss in the branch. the details of branches and rocks up close is your specialty so it seems heh heh . I love the concept and details
My only critique would the perspective . We seem to look at 2 different perspectives in this picture . The first one would be looking strait facing the bird and fallowing the main branch as reference. The second one would be looking at the perspective of the person , looking down on him and looking down to the soil. To make the perspective a bit more logical we would of seen the top head of the bird and see inside of the nest but otherwise like i said i love the concept and the details. You always been very good at it in your landscapes. This is simply a suggestion but you could perhaps challenge yourself on different kind of perspectives.

Im happy you like the concept , and i have no problem doing more perspective paintings , as thats been my goal for the past few weeks

Great work, Peter. The texturing on the tree limb is amazing, and the whole scene is beautifully imaginative! I love that we're seeing the parachuter from the bird's standpoint.

The parachuter was a last minute idea , i wanted him on the branch , but then i thought .. naah ... lol
