Description
Concept of futuristic handgun.Design is based on usual profile but it is not working with standart bullets. There is a battery instead of mag.
Worked in 3ds max, used vray rendering engine and finished it in photoshop. Model is highpoly.

Quality wise this ticks all the boxes; well rendered, modelled and textured. A very skilled, intricate piece. The use of logos is nice, that isn't seen much and adds some character, sets it apart from bland and flat "sci-fi" textures. It feels like this is a part of a futuristic product line. This is a gun I'd like to have.
Design wise the pistol shape isn't too original, it looks a bit too much like a cartridge based design. So maybe a few more components on the barrel or underneath, prehaps adding more to the plasma generating mechanisms (such as lights or wires). Or a different type of magazine that has plasma lights flowing on it.

My idea of energy weapons will be a plasma handgun, which fires purple plasma, a purple laser pointer, a focuser muzzel, a flashlight, 2 fireing mode's semi auto and automatic, and some futuristic design's with purple decals such as stars and or a dragon. So if anyone has any ideas from this info I've typed in, Please try to make an plasma weapon like that And I will be very happy to see it. P.S. I'm also thinking of an wrist worn computer like the Pip-Boy from Fallout 4, but with a more futuristic design. I'll be waiting.

I'm on here looking for source and reference material for making props - basically an excuse to use my 3d printer and draw in Fusion 360. I saw a comment you made on one of your other images that it was okay to use your work for non-commercial purposes. Just want to explicitly confirm that is the case. If I follow through I'll post pics and attribute yours as the original source material. Is that okay?
Another question - on some of your work you have side, front, and rear silhouettes. Do you have those for all of your images? Do you also have top silhouettes? Having those and an a reference measurement (e.g., the distance from front to rear site sight is intended to be x millimeters) would make it a lot easier to reconstruct these in Fusion 360 for printing.
I'm very impressed with these renderings and would love to see what these look like as physical objects.

A nice light sidearm that seems comfortable to carry in light uniform. For heavy duty it seems to have a bit 'wasted' capacity in the barrels casing, what inflict the idea it is a light weapon for light service. The details - as always - are wonderfull as well as the paintjob^^

Perfect to hide under cloth. With shortend grip also a perfect concealed weapon to hide it i ankle-holster. Damn ... whatever i do, i still came to the idea it should be a sneaky weapon
