Personality: Rei is a graceful, calm and adaptable woman. She is extremely patient, intelligent, focused, analytical and observant, whether it be during fights or a common situation, but also cold and taciturn. She may sometimes ignore people when lost in her thoughts or focused on something. She has also proven to be quite straightforward, curious, hard to impress and merciless.

Likes: stargazing, wise thoughts, reflect on unsolved questions and problems, exploring new routes.

Dislikes: being bothered, misunderstanding, when she is told that her weapon is crap and useless, being told that she is creepy.

History:
Rei is a descendant of Asura Otsutsuki and part of the branch that will later become the Uzumaki clan. During her childhood, she was diagnosed with an incurable disease that would eventually kill her. Therefore, she decided that she would try to discover the most things she could before her time would come. She developed a never-ending thirst for knowledge and exploration, and as years passed and she grew weaker she couldn't explore much anymore. It was then that she became more and more curious about death. This led her to develop new techniques and seals involving the Death God, and she crafted some of the masks present in the shrine in Uzushiogakure. The Blue Dragon's soul, impressed by this human who seeked knowledge even when nearing her end and who had the same passion as her for reflexion, decided she was worthy to be her vessel. Being the god of health, the dragon could cure her vessel, however Rei's body still seems ill with her greyish skin and bags under eyes. It is also why she has a darker shade of hair than the average Uzumaki.
She became the vessel of the Blue Dragon of Health at age of 16, being the 8th one to intertwine souls with a dragon. She managed to hide that she had a dragon soul by pretending she was still ill, until the arrival of the other members of Ryu-Seishin.

Fūin jutsu – Shiki Fūjin (Dead Demon Consuming Seal)
Fūin jutsu - Shinigami no Fūin – Dorein (Death Demon Seal – Drain) : seals the vital force of an opponent in a seal (here in the beads of the rosary, hence its name) to use it later; the opponent is killed.
Kinjutsu - Jinsei Modotte (Back to Life) : the user has suffered a lethal amount of damage and is on the verge of death. By activating the jutsu, the user will be brought back to life and will have to offer another life to the Death God in exchange of their own; during the process, the user's appearance changes a little to match the death god's. If the user does not manage to offer a life in exchange, their soul is taken away by the death god.
