So, Dife, despite his fire-like design, he doesn't actually controls fire. He doesn't have any powers, the reason why is that I don't want to have an overpowered character, but also, I don't feel like I could balance a super power. Oh and, an OC controlling fire seems a bit cliché. Personnality-wise, he can summed up in 4 words: "Live for the moment" He's always in search of challenges and he loves the adrenaline running through him.
In terms of abilities, his speed is a bit below Knuckles'. He's also as strong as Espio. His main adventage are his reflexes

Pita also doesn't have any specific powers. I just don't feel right adding them right now.
In terms of personnality, she's a sadistic femme fatale. She enjoys toying with her opponents before putting them out of her way. She doesn't hesitate to use cheap tactics if necessary to get what she wants.
In terms of abilities, she's similar to Rouge, except she doesn't fly (obvs), she's slower and less agile but a bit stronger. She also is a good fighter, especially with her kicks.
