I made this hat for my boyfriend as a birthday present.
I spent about 15+ hrs. on this hat. The mohawk took a very long time to complete. I used a size 'I" crochet hook for the hat and a latch hook for the mohawk. Hope you guys like it!All crits/comments/suggestions are very much appreciated!
If anyone wants one, I'll make one any color you want for...

In addition to appeasing my inner mohawk desires, this hat looks incredibly comfy. The way you tied in the X's with the light color in the hair is perfect; it draws together the monochromatic color scheme and adds that little bit of embellishment that pushes this into "awesome."

Oh, goodness, latch hook! I used to make those rugs when I was little.. the ones that come in kits. I never thought to use them for cool things like this
