This is for Miss Doll Europe 2013 's Round 3. Venetian mask/ballgown + outfit inspired by traditional menswear.Her skirt is weird, haha. But that's how it was on the dress ref. It had a wire thingy mah-bob for the poof and then just let the fabric hang off. Anyways, enjoy. Now on to other things!
