Shawna Whitefeather's design is distinguishable as being influenced by various genres, but what makes her successful as a well-designed character is that her design is still refreshing. She has a fun and adventurous air about her; this is one OC that people would probably be able to recognize.
While the costume defines this character the most visually speaking, the great thing about her actual features is the sly expression. Not only does she exhibit your style well, but she still has a feminine face. However, it might also be nice to adjust the eyes to be more feminine to match her small nose and dainty lips. I know she may be adventurous, but having more lady-like eyes might give her that missing air of a beautiful yet self-made, bold woman. What might also add to the captivating beauty, as it feels she should be, is her figure. The pants seem to be thick; I think they're just right in that more definition to her legs isn't necessary. But a more exquisite torso, particularly in the abdominal area, might give her a stronger look as well as sculpting the arms a bit more. I feel that she would look more flexible and skilled, which seems more appropriate by the air she's giving by this piece alone.
Still, this character seems like great care was put into designing her, making this an extraordinary piece!

I really like the general idea of this character and the Western theme! Not sure what I can add on the crits front. I don't know if I really like the green of her top, it doesn't really go well with the blue of the jeans and her turquoise. Maybe you could make it a lighter brown with a turquoise trim to make it more interesting, perhaps with patterns like the tattoo on her arm? I know you've gone for sort of camouflage colours for sniping and the fact that her eyes are green but ah, what was that saying? Blue and green should never be seen D: (I made the mistake of wearing mismatched scrubs suits one day it was a fashion faux pas)
Is her hair loose or in a clasp? If so you could design something interesting for the clasp as well.

The sleevless duster is a refreshing touch to the familiarity of the overall Western theme she's based around. I like that, and the small details of buckles and spurs and turquoise.
However, I'm not sure I'd recognize her without the duster -- especially if her hat was off too. At that point she'd look like just a gal in jeans and boots, even given the hint of personality in her expression.
The colors give a rustic sort of feel, like she'd be the type who could ride alone out on the range for months and still come back alive despite monsters and Indians and who knows what-else. But the green shirt sort of fades into the brown (which seems to have a greenish shade, itself). Nothing pops out, so she just kind of comes across as brown overall.
I also agree on the tummy shading.
Blah, this sounds harsh. I hope it's helpful at least.

Well, it wouldn't have to be -bright- turquoise. Just something so she's not all of one palette, so to speak. Or make the brown less like the green? I fail at color, so I dunno.
Somewhere I read that the best characters are the ones you can instantly recognize from behind, at a distance, in silhouette. I could recognize the other Revenant dude in the teaser in monochrome and mostly silhouette...I don't think I could do that with Shawna, without the costume elements.

No critiquing priveledges. DX
I must agree with estamation, the shading does make her a bit fat unless that is what you're looking for.

Wow, it looks great! Well, the shading around the tummy makes her look a little fat.
