"It's time to rise, Chosen Four."I typically slack off and don't give you guys my doodles and art immediately admittedly, but I couldn't this time. At the announcement of Earthbound's re-release, I decided to go and draw something immediately for it. I hope to draw a complete set, but it'll take a while with everything else I need to do. For now, have Jeff Andonuts pre-game waiting for when he's going to reunite with his friends because of the way the story goes.

I'm with you in that category! I know my brother's going to chip in though when the fourth smash game comes out, so I'm trying to hold out until then! It's going to be hard though ahahah
And yes! I'm really hoping we get a remake or something of the first MOTHER game because of (hopefully) the success of Earthbound's rerelease!

I wonder by the way; you can play the Virtual Console games on the Wii U tablet without having the TV turned on, right? Also to turn off the console straight from the tablet itself?
It would be perfect to play Earthbound before bedtime, since I can just turn it off and leave it on the table next to me near the bed

Yes, you can indeed play virtual console games on the WiiU gamepad off the TV. You can also turn on/off the console straight from the tablet similar to how you could with the wii mote as there is a small power button in the lower right corner.
