Interesting work, looks like a chain of "buses" (station - station/ship/planet? shuttles) or "tugboats" waiting for their turn to launch, the method of holding suggesting emergency self-launching is possible but not as practical, probably not as fuel efficient. Retrieval bay looks a little small tho, not all landings are gonna be smooth. All up tho, pretty damn good piece of art...
