It looks like Amy is walking away mad and Sonic is like "Amy are you ok?" I'm guessing this is MMD which is similar to gmod.

That's not Sonic. And actually she's holding his hand and leading him along. He's surprised at how nice she's being to a total stranger, that's why his expression is like that.
Amy's expression is as close to smiling as I could get. Her mouth doesn't move.
Yeah, it's MMD.

Well for other characters that don't have face posing... I guess... Such as Shadow & Silver how does it work? And is it hard to animate?

Making your own animation is difficult at first but it gets easier as you go. Motion data is really useful if you want a premade dance, but it works better on humans.
And in MMD it's called expressions not faceposing. Shadow has quite a few brow expressions but not much with the mouth. Silver has very little, and on Amy it's just blinking variations.

Well I've seen some videos on MMD and some Sonic ones like Sonic's friends dancing in Green Hill. And do you have any Sonic GenerationsColors models in MMD?

Yeah, I've got the Generations models for the characters, and Super Sonic from Colors.
They dance okay, but unless you fix the motion sometimes their hands go through their heads.

Nope. MMD works on its own.
You can download it here: [link]
Right click that, select 'copy link' and paste it into your address bar.
Watching some tutorials will help you get the hang of the program.

Cool! But still is there a way to port the generations and colors models into gmod?

Yes, but I can't do it. A group of people on the Facepunch forums has ported some models from Generations. They're currently working on the rest, but this is what they've uploaded so far: [link]
They also uploaded the simulator Sonics from Sonic Colors to Garrysmod.org, but the eyeposing is a bit bugged.

Oh, it's not that hard once you get the hang of it. You need to download PMD Editor to edit MMD models. I've used it a lot, mostly on humans but I do have some Sonic edits like in this picture.
You can watch some tutorials on how to use the editor. I can also make you some edits if you want. It helps me get better.

Sure. I guess that works. Just try to be as descriptive as you can. I'll see if I can make the model.

Not quite. It's something that's been bouncing around my head for quite a while now. You can look in my gallery for stuff titled 'Reflections' to get more information.
I'll be writing various little oneshots with the characters of Reflections, but no massive multi-chaptered fanfic.
I'm glad you like it! Usually people don't like my fancharacters much. Glad you like Turbo.

I pulled them from a Sonic Riders model using PMD Editor.
Here's the model I got them from: [link]
Depending on what you want them for you might have to mess with them a bit. I had to resize them and flatten out the toe part.
