UPDATE: Included Jelly Babies and k-9.Yes! So here he is the 4th doctor the button!
For this design was told by a friend to watch the 4th doctors opening. I did so it was very blue and psychedelic with rays of light jutting out all over the place, so I tried to mimic that as best I could.
