Second character from my Wizard of Oz redesign...The Witches of Oz would be spell casters and warriors.
The Wicked Witch of the West has taken her obsession with power and used the magic of the emerald crystals of Oz to create an army which she leads.
I have drawn her in her robed form, as well as her armoured form. She has a metallic covered arm with a clawed hand for close kills, as well as a metal breast plate. I wanted to give her a punk look, something dangerous. She wouldn't use a broom to fly but she would have a magic horse completely made of metal and brought to life by the power of emerald crystals.
