Description
I was just thinking of ideas for the 8th generation of pokemon and the concepts I used was Atlantis and Hippocamps/Kelpie. Originally the concept was based on Carpicorns and it was a Water/Fighting type but I decided to go the Atlantis route because its mysterious and Hippocamps/Kelpies are interesting. I believe Keldeo is sort of a Kelpie, it isn't farfetch'd.

Kelpilite
Type: Water
Starter pokemon
Species: Sea Horse Pokemon
Ht:1.3 Wt: 5.4 lbs
Rare pokemon
Gender Male:89% Female:11%
Ability: Torrent Hidden Ability: Storm Terrain: (Floods the field for 5 turns; Raises water type special attack by 1 and heals water types, hurts fire, ground and Rock types on the Terrain.)
Moves: Dolphin Dance: Increases speed and special attack by 1.

Like Dratini this pokemon lived in a small colony under the sea. Kelpilite's are to be the water sprits of the people who perished in a city long ago. According to myth these pokemon protects the underwater city.

Ability: Torrent Hidden Ability: Storm Terrain: (Floods the field for 5 turns; Raises water type special attack by 1 and heals water types, hurts fire, ground and Rock types on the Terrain.)
Moves: Dolphin Dance: Increases speed and special attack by 1.

This pokemon is hostile towards other pokemon and even humans. They use the water to become invisible so other pokemon wont follow it.

According to some people Kelpisage can transform into humans but this have yet to be proven. Kelpisage uses its psychic powers to confuse and even trick others to escape. This pokemon can manipulate and control water freely.
