This guy has to be one of my 'ALL-TIME' favorite Anime/Manga villain.

I did this for my school's Anime Club Art Contest; the theme is 'Villains'.*I won 'Most Favorited'^^Yay me!!*

I think this turned out well. (Though I HATE how the right eye came out.) *I updated this with a edited version. The changes are small, but at least the eye is fixed*
