remove the taskbar by using taskbar remover that you can find by googling.

First, right click the icon of rainmeter on your system tray icon, then choose configs>rainbar>bars>bar.ini. Do the same for other applications.

Awesome, but.. Is there any way to make it act like regular taskbar - when i maximalize a window, i want the panel to be visible, but i dont want it to be over the max/min/close buttons - I hope you know what i mean

Thanks. Me don't really know what you try to mentioned. But hey, this is Mac Menu bar and making it as a Windows 7 taskbar is not my intention (really). I have try to make it as a regular taskbar but with the mac menu bar appearance before, but it have lots of bugg and pretty laggy to my pc. I will try to make as what you suggest in the near future.
