I haven't drawn a thing in a while so I drew up a Nova head and let myself do whatever with the coloring!
I tried to play with crisp and blurry edges more.
There's an upside down star in the back because that's the mark he actually has on his back.
Demons gotta be imprinted like cattle so you know what they're doing.
And bloody nose, because Nova isn't the healthiest fairy to walk the earth so he has symptoms
More of Mister Fancy Pixie that sold his soul to two influential gods. He loves firearms and penguins. Assholeish Personality.

I get so shocked by some amazing arts. I can only stutter compliments.
Letβs see. My favorite part has to be his eyes. Like solar eclipses so glossy!
And the red and green so perfect for Nova.Β And his hair is layered! Yaaay!
Now...what happened to Nova?? So bleeding all over. Got into a fight or just some alien illness. o.o

Lol if Nova got in a fist fight he would be in pieces probably.
[Story time!]
Nova's had a wonky circulatory system since hatching. If he doesn't force the "blood" through his body by jerky movements, it crystalizes and stiffens him up. It's a problem of the muscular channels that push the blood around. Worst case scenario is the "blood" is cut off from his major organs and he dies like that.
Petrified from the inside.
As a demon, that "blood" is pumped directly into his body so he keeps functioning. I imagine that when Nova gets power hungry and malicious his body unconsciously withdraws extra blood from that demonic contract and it pours out his eyes, nose, ears and mouth.Β
If his channels were functioning properly, maybe it would stay inside of his body.
