This is utterly illogical. The Zerg cannot infest a non-biological life form. A building, maybe, but definitely not something that is not made of organic material.

Your own statement is illogical. Starcraft 1 Adjutants are cybernetic, unlike the fully synthetic Adjutants of SC2. So yes, Starcraft 1 Adjutants -are- susceptible to infestation. And the artist has already made clear that this adjutant is a SC1 model.

As my friend likes to say "use your nerd powers for good". If the idea is interesting enough, I like to think anything is worth being explained in a fictional universe. That being said, through out the games Zerg communicates with Terran and Protoss technologies during transmissions. What's to say that Zerg can't somehow meld with robotics and circuitry? And what makes a building different than a non organic thing X D Maybe you mean Zerg infests the people inside command centers when they infest that building??

How else would a building produce Infested Terrans other than the fact that the people who were inside at the time were also infested?
