half in darkness.
Half in light.

i took the shot in mostly darkness, with one lighting source. so its just a normal wall. no panels or sheets or anything.

i like the lighting in this one and the intensity and connection of the eye that can be seen.

as pained as you are about how you are straying away from your black and whites somewhat, i am glad you kept this in color. It is dark, yet warm because of her skin tone
i like how the light falls just on one side of her face, makes it mildy mysterious as if she were peaking through the shadows, i just wish her hair wasnt as visible on the side of her face, so that you could focus only on her pretty face

hahaah ya ya i kno. but i am really proud with how this came out despite the lack of black and white in it.
and i kept the hair more or less to add just a lil depth to the photograph because as a portrait it is very up close and blunt. 
but i am glad you like it...i think this is the first photo i have added in a while that you or i are not in haaa
