Description 30 DAYS OF BD- DAY 11: Diabolik

Diabolik is an Italian anti hero character who was created in 1962 by two sisters, Angela and Luciana Giussani. He had his own movie in 1968 directed by Mario Bava called β€œDanger Diabolik". He is a cruel and cunning master thief, an to boot, he has awesome eyebrows and eyelashes to kill for.

very nice work Β but the eyes are ice-gray, on some images are also drawn in blue color.

Ah, gotcha. Most of these characters I don't know extremely well, as I was just trying to broaden my horizons and explore more comics.Β

no problems, I'm not a great expert of Diabolik , perhaps you know him better than me LoLΒ Β  .... but he's very popular here and his bright eyes uncovered on a black suit is the first thing that comes to my mind thinking of him, the thing i love the most of this comic book is the car ... the legendary jaguar e.Β

Yeah, his image probably wasn't quite burned into my brain quite yet, so I can see how you'd pick up on his eyes so quickly.Β

I think I have one of his more recent comics, only because I found it for a dollar or so at a book store. It's in Italian though.

I believe Fantagraphics publishes an English version here in the states, but I've never seen it.Β  I love to read it, though.
