I think the 8ball should be a little bit more in focus. Or sharper. I also believe there is too much out of focus area in this picture. I feel it kind of takes away the drastic feel it seems to be trying for. It could definetly use a little bit more contrast and I don't like the lettering in the picture. I like the concept of the picture and the placing of the balls. Oh one other bit I think the flash glare? ...im assuming...anyways the glare on the balls is kind of unnattractive to the photo.
So overall I like the concept and the placing but there are some things I don't like as well.

the 8 ball should look sharper
the photograph itself should portray the feeling of "behind the 8 ball" is a bad position, you should have to put the text in which i feel takes away from the picture
cut out the top part and put more of the pool table in the photograph, the great in the background makes one wonder, where was this taken, not wow this picture turned out well i would hate to be in that position
i also believe a bit more lighting would make a world of a difference

I like the angle and that the 8 ball its the only thing that its in focus but I think it would be better with more brightness because its too dark..

I think calibrating my monitor would do wonders for this photo. It seems ok, until someone else views it or I print it. Not a good sign. I'm working on a brighter, slightly higher contrast version . . .
