Jeeez I hate my scanner....But I do like the drawing, for once

- 6B, 5B, 4B, 3B, 2B, B, HB, H and a mechanical pencil
- I'm not sure how many hours it took but I spent about a week on it

Technique-wise, this is amazingly done. My only complaint is something about it looks un-like Garfield. I think the jaw has to be a bit more tapered thin and the eyes have to have a bit more life in it. Other than that, awesome and i need to learn how to do hair like you.

Wow! I love this. And Andrew Garfield is an amazing actor. Saw him in The Social Network and I can't wait to see him in the new Spider-Man reboot. The shading on the drawing is really good and the hair is amazing. Quick question: Do you draw portraits with measurements to get the proportions right or do you just draw what you see? Anyhow, great picture.

I get what you mean I have to use my mums and her computer takes forever and with the problems of getting the lighting and contrast right. I still think your picture turned out great though.
