Description I took this picture at the Cypress Gardens in Florida in 2006. I then used PhotoImpression to adjust the color and blur some of the images. I like how it looks kind of fantastical.

I am not sure if I will ever be fully satisfied with this one.

Here is what it originally looked like, if you are interested:

EDIT: Refining the blur on the edges.

EDIT 2: I am getting sick of the blur I added, so this is a version without it. If you miss it, let me know, and I will bring it back.

Love it! Baldcypress' are one of my favorite trees, hence the ID name Marshwood.

What a difference you made after manipulating the photo! I really like the result you've come up with. The teal and the green mesh well together to give off a mystical feel that makes you wonder what lies beyond. A huge improvement from the boring 'blah' original photo. why doesn't the world have awesome colors like this in real life? well, anyways, you did GOOD.

oh i love this scene. I feel like it would've looked even better in a gray-scale rather than color overlay though.

Ah, Cypress Gardens... it's sad that it closed again. Poo.

As for the pic, i'm not sure what you're trying to achieve with the blurriness of the trees on the side. If you're trying to go with depth of field, i wouldn't blur it so much. I'm just not sure. Hmm...

Interesting choices for colors too.
