..."We Are Soldiers, Stand Or Die."The title is from the second opening theme of the anime. Good song, get it if you haven't already.
Anyway, I drew this for the contest is holding.
It's back to my old style of coloring for this one with a little improvement. I say cell shading looks better on the major, what do you think? Anyway, not much to say on this one, so yeah, Enjoy!
Time taken: 5 1/2 hours

The only criticism I have is that the anatomy seems disproportionate. Her torso looks rather broad, but I don't know if that's because of her build. And where the lower thigh of her right leg meets the knee seems very thin, compared to the rest of her. But that's all.
Your art never fails to amaze me.

Hmm, yeah. Well the major is a tall woman so I guess it kinda fits her in the broad torso area.
The leg was also mentioned to me by my friend and thus I tried to fix it a bit. (it looked worse before, heh)
I'm just glad I didn't draw the head big this time...
