This is a good shot, we can see the "poor" guy totally ignored by the peeps, and the "rich" guy apparently doesn't give a hell about the poor one. As NA-1 said in the last comment, the "rich" guy seems to be arrogant and maybe selfish.

The "rich" guy seems to arrogant.
We see the homeless every day, but most people doesnt seem to care or even notice them. Very sad.
However, good capture.

put a white border on it and up the contrast, it would do wonders to the popularity of this fine photo

the game of opposites, as my daughter would say. rich and poor. and to such obvious degrees. kinda makes you stop to think a bit... how do you end up in such a place... and what did these two fellas do to get themselves there? you are so fortunate to have the luck to capture such nice scenes to photograph. you must carry your camera everywhere...
very nice though. very nice in black and white... i think color wouldn't have shown the message all that well... thrown the audience off in a way that maybe they wouldn't see it as clear... kinda like everyday life... because it's usually always around. do colors confuse people, make things harder to see... or is it just an excuse we use to help create a mist so we dont see it?
i like photographs that make me think or create feelings and emotions within. i like to be in touch with how i feel... and i like art and photos that help do that. this does... thank you. you are a wonderful photographer.

Thanks for your comments on my work. I wish i was adept at writing as I was at photography but I'm not.
This was shot in color but in many cases weather digital camera or film it's great to have that choice of
going grayscale.

i like the subjects, good juxtaposition. the expression on the rich man is like "what the hell are you looking at"

A very poignant shot. The β€œrich man” seems very sinister in a way which in quite interesting especially in the way he is just standing there as others walk along. There is an atmosphere also with the fact the β€œpoor man” has his face hidden and lacks identity. In fact, there is not a single person in the shot who’s face is clearly visible, only that of the β€œrich man”. This is something else which you may or may not have noticed yourself. Do you know what it said on the sign in front of the β€œpoor man’s” feet?

something similar happened to me 2 days ago.

i was with a friend and we were sitting on the side of the street, rolling a joint, before entering a museum (renè burri)

an old man walked near us, i asked 'excuse me, is the museum still open?"

he didnt reply, he didnt looked at us, he just went on walking as i never said a thing.

lol.

btw cool concept for your photo, but i dont like the composition.
