This looks a little too blown out, she fades into the background. Trying to create a low contrast doesn't always work for a given composition.

Well it's a laptop so depending on my viewing level it changes, but it is calibrated, and with unbelievable resolution and video card.
The picture is a little blown out, the contrast is relatively low, especially in the background, that's why I'm seeing what I'm seeing. lol

i must agree a little with him, maybe try to photoshop the background some darker?
i would do like this: levels, make background darker, mask girl out et voila.
