hm... i'm not sure, but it was kind of a random brain storm.lol i looked at some james bond pictures: [link]
they are very staurated and have alot of shadowing and contrast.you could probally add this in photoshop using the levels and saturation tools. it would be neat to take and new picture using the smae concept, but give your model cat eye makeup and big 1960's hair also, unless perhaps it would look too over the top. i absoultly love this concept, its really clever.
