Another Cathedral! This one isn't in Florence. Christian rules usually state one Cathedral per city, because it's the seat of the Cardinal or Archbishop or whatever.

Anyway, Siena's Cathedral is beautiful on the outside, but is very impressive on the inside as well. While Siena's Cathedral couldn't hope to compare to Santa Maria Del Fiore in terms of Exterior, the inside of Il Duomo is very Spartan and bare, in comparison to the beautifully and lavishly decorated interior of Siena's Cathedral.

So you people viewing my account who live in Florence or Siena, I know you guys have somewhat of a rivalry but please don't bicker and argue over whose Cathedral is better than whose. They're both equally beautiful in their own unique ways.

Also people viewing this from Siena, don't bicker and argue about how "The House of the Goose" is better than "The House of the Elephant" or whatnot, because I have no care for your silly horse races.
