I'll do my best with the critiques:
There are a lot of positives with this piece. The model is very beautiful and there is a depth of human emotion playing on her face. She almost seems sad or having a feeling from her past. There is almost a (haunted) innocence playing in the photo. This photo reminds me of some of the French fashion magazines that I've seen in my past.
There is a small contrast of color with this photo. The palette of colors is a bit weak (strong/stark whites and flesh tones with muted greenish walls), but actually plays out and forces you to look at everything; especially the model. There is even a wonderful play of light and dark throughout. This is a really impressive piece!!

Let's see. The main idea is good. I like how her dress shows enough, not more than it's needed. I like the light, her expression. The colors are good too: they convey melancholy and quiet, as the girl's expression does.
I only see one thing I don't like. I think this photo could have had a better resolution. I mean, the photo is good, but I think it could be a bit more clear. I can't perceive all the details from once; the photo isn't dark, it's something else. I think that this photo with a better quality could be very great.

She looks like she is waiting for someone to say something. Either that or she is unimpressed at what she is looking at. Don't get me wrong it is a good picture but her blank stare makes her look closed and distant. But she is still very beautiful.

since you want critique, I'll just give a simple unprofessional feedback.
The model is cute, but I think the composition of the shot can be improve.Β Usually a strait shot like this is best done in center arrangement.Β Everything does suggest a center arrangement.Β One side grey and all the texture, while the other side is a plain green with the model in the middle.
