This piece is extremely well done. I like how the piece is centered on the model and the background is blurred to direct the eye to her and only her.
Whether intentional or not I like that you took the shot while the wind was blowing through her hair. So often I see photos like this where there's absolutely no action going on and it makes the shot look boring.
While I do love this choice of shot for her I feel it lacks in originality because I see so many shots like this in the media. I do however realize that it's hard to get a shot like this just anywhere.

The background, while beautifully blown out in blurriness, is too much. Had the photo been turned as a portrait framing, it would work better. There is a sense of movement based on the hair flair from the wind but a slightly out of center framing would also feel a little more balanced. Truth be told these are more stylistic critiques, the shot itself is quite nice, looks like a long lens was used and a fast f-stop to really crush the background. An option to cut down on the overwhelming blurriness would be to move slightly closer and crop in camera, there by giving you the landscape frame you want and less of the blurry background that makes for something a bit crushing in feel.

just a little bit to the left would have been perfect... the eye of the viewer is "set" to search for the subject in 1/3 or 2/3... it's a little bit unusual to see the subject right in the middle of the picture. However, the bokeh effect and the model are absolutely gorgeous

There is far too much background taking up space in this photo, considering the portion of the model that is photographed. In a classic portrait the model shoube the primary focus.

I have to disagree with Easy-Shutter, The background is enough out of focus for me, to allow the model to pop - while being enough in focus to add extra interest in this shot.
I am struck by her presence and beauty and how dominant she is in the frame, while then being curious as to the surrounds and trying to place the city she is within, while trying to understand what she is doing there and having this whole story play out in my mind while ultimately still appreciating her eyes.
Her being centred, rather than the traditional 1/3 or 2/3 position in the frame, does not detract from how much I am lead into the image from the left, again to her eyes, and that is helped by the trail of her hair in the wind, reading from left to right.
I think this is helped by the squarer format of the frame, rather than being cropped.

The background, even fuzzy, occupies too much space in the picture. I think that the model is too centered and should have been more to the left, and closer. This would have reduced the space over her head.
