Nah, don't color it, it's fine as is
Though, it took me a while to figure out how Rukia's hand was going. ...more like a while to find out she was laying on that side without actually showing it or something.

All you need to do is open the file and if there is a feature that rotates the picture, than rotate it and save as it is.
