im trying to remember what the stinking movie is called. its a really cheesy animated movie made back in i think the 80's or something. Its about i think rock or metal music and this guy who wants to hit it big. the movie takes place in some grunjy futuristic world where people are basically evolutionized dogs and cats but the style of the main character is a bit similar to your drawing style so i was curious if u knew about it. im sorry my brain is flaking on meh >DD i cant remember the title at all.

haha u know thats exactly what i thought too >DD as terrible as the story may be the animation is kind of hard to define. there are times where its really repulsive and other times when its not half bad at all... i cant seem to get my mind around it >D

The animation is pretty good. I guess it took them forever to do it and it was pretty much a bomb, but it's still fun. I think they had a different person animate each character. So, like, Omar & Angel don't really match Dizzy and... Stretch. I think the story was pretty ... wonky though.

and yeah it LOOKS like different people animated the different characters cause the style is very inconsistant. straaaaange. but i do kinda like Omar as a character. he's a bit annoying but kinda cool at the same time XDD he's what sorta reminded me of your style actually o3o

Very true. I think they were still writing it as they were animating it. A lot of dialogue happens during the scene changes & stuff.
I like the characters a lot actually and Angel's song. People have told me many times that they think of R&R when they see my guys.
My copy of the DVD has a really nice documentary of the movie and an alternate version with more cuss words I think.

i only ever saw it once before and i thought it was nuts. but i did enjoy the animation if anything and the music aint half bad considering when it came out XDD
i think i may go looking for it again sometime... o3o its hard to find movies like that online for free download XDD i hate spending money on downloads for stuff i'd probably never watch more than onces or twice though u know?

I saw it on HBO back in the summer of '86 I think at like 4 in the morning. I was all excited that I could get up that early to watch a movie by myself at the time.
I bought the 25th anniversary DVD set... which may be the only version you can get I dunno. It's got a lot of info in it and very thorough director commentary which is neat. I try to watch my movies more than once... not always successful with that though. Depends on my movie mood. I watched the crap out of the new X-men movie.

haha XD i only watch movies that spark my greative or imaginative interest (and no Harry Potter is not on that list, nor is Twilight XD) and i generally watch movies i purchase more than once in the same month even :3 i could watch a single movie over 30 times in the same year if im dedicated enough

Twilight, no. Potter... well, yeah, but I kind don't like how every book has to become a movie.
I could watch movies & TV shows lotsa times too... I have actually. There's a show called " Corner Gas " that I watched tons of times on DVD. It's burned into my eyes.

yeah im getting kinda sick of that too. there are books i've read that i'd love to see as movies and then there are some books that just dont need to be movies (twilight is a prime example >.> that movie should burn.)

Nobody outside of Canada has heard of Corner Gas, but the show is brilliant.
I'd sooner read the Twilight books that watch the movies.

XDDD i think i'd prefer the movies over the books honestly. its like taking Day quil. u can either take the elephant sized pills that are hard to swallow or choke on the syrup that takes longer to remove the aftertaste and burning in your stomach. I'd rather just down the pills at one time and skip all the painful after effects of having to take the time to read the books XDD

Well, honestly, I dunno if I could stomach Twilight in any form. I just think I'd get more from the books cuz I could formulate what everyone looks like in my mind instead o' letting Hollywood do it. I saw the 2nd Narnia movie but I refused to watch the first one cuz I didn't want my mental imagery to change. Oddly, the 2nd movie looked a lot as I saw it in my mind. Never saw the 3rd one.

i liked the first one alot. o3o the second wasnt bad either. Caspian is a cutie in that one (haha im a girl im allowed to say it XD) i never got to see the third one. i heard its ok though o3o
