And here is it. One of the biggest maps I've ever made. This one was for a contest in a not very important forum. The task was to map a Victory Road. And as you know, when i have an idea in my head, I will definetly map it! And here it is. Ok to be honest, I wish I could made the cave bigger, but due to the maximun size of 150x150 tiles I wasn't able to do it...ΒThe idea behind this map is simple. A labyrinthlike Victory Road with a big outer part. There are ancient ruins and cuz I like the Grass-Tiles from , I used not only her edgy-Grasstiles, but her bigger ones too. And I must say, I really like the outcome of it. Due to the fact, the map looks a little bit like a wetland, I also added puddles and the fitting Pokemon for a envoriment like this. At last the Cave. Due to the waterfall in it, the water must be disappear or the cave will be flooded, so I added holes for the water to flow again. And I also added some whirlpools.Β
I hope you understand the idead behind this map. And for all those, wo aren't very good at matching the entraces from cave to the outer map, I also added a little "Full View" for you with marked entraces. So I really hope you like this Map. It was very hard to map all of this!

Most of the tilesets that were used here are from Evolina. These ones are also from her

This map is amazing. Absolutely beautiful. I cannot even imagine how long it must have taken you to make. I'm having so much trouble finding good tilesets in this style, but when I do, hopefully I can work my way up to this level of mapping. Can't wait to see more!

Thx! And yes, it took much time (about 2 Weeks), but there are already maps, which needed even more time xD
And tilesets are easy to find. Espsecially Pokemon tilesets. Just look here on deviantArt and you will defiently find good ones

And not really. Due to the long time I made maps, I've become much quicker with alls this stuff. And actually not really. I tried, but my motivation is actually pretty low. But I can write you if I made some again. And another question. What kind of commission would it be?
