She IS A fitting inheritor of Zero. They were comrades. Plus she did harden up a bit over the course of the games.

From what I know, Cial is from the Rockman Zero manga, which is heavily different from the games; For one thing, it's based more on humor then action. Cial (in the manga) is also the true mastermind of Neo Arcadia.

I've been seeing Rockman Ciel around on sites... so is this all just a culmination of a very devoted fangame? All the art for it looks fantastic and creatively designed and your piece is no exception. You did a very nice job replicating the MMZ art style in those two Ciels and I'm now more curious in the project itself!

The blue one is actucally Cial, Ciel's twin sister. Cial is only official found in the Megaman Zero manga... The manga is funny and on a happy note while MMZ game is very dark and serious... You should it.
