She looks quite lovely. The sketchy feel is very nice, and the smaller details, like the eyelashes and such were well done.
Now, considering you said this was a doodle, a lot of my crits might be irrelevant, but let me try anyway:
-The hair has a nice form, but looks way too rushed. You can easily see the overlay where the certain waves of hair start. I don't know if you used "Multiply" on your brush when you did this or not, but if you did, try to keep it as normal for the base of the hair, then add a lighter shade, then darker ones, and then perhaps using the multiply option for the brush would work.
-The skin's shading would work well if the rest of the image was as simplistic, or if you want to draw extra attention to that, but if not, either add more shading to her skin, or reduce some layers of shading on everything else.
-Her lips are too small. That's self-explanatory, I think.
-Try to outline the nose a bit better. She might have a tiny nose, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't just have slanted slits to smell out of.
Other than that, lovely image.

Thank you a whole bunch.
With the hair, that was actually the look I was going for. (Yes, I did set my brush to "Multiply" lol.
With the skin, I was taking a look at it, and I started to feel the same way. There are some parts that are too much like cell-shading and others that are... uhm, lol, something else.
I got the lips too small again? D:
And the thing with the nose was that I was just trying to help you see the bridge of the nose there, and not define it 100%, you know what I mean? I might be totally thinking you're talking about the wrong thing, so sorry if I am LOL
Thanks a bunch for the feedback <333

Alrighty with the hair thing.
Yeah. The cel-shading is a nice look, but it seems...inconsistent.
The trick an art teacher told me is to have the ends of the mouth line up with the middle of the eye. Of course some people have bigger or smaller mouths than that, but it's a good standard to go by I think.
I'm talking about the tip and such of the nose. The part around the eye and the nostrils are fine, but I don't know if she has a super-stuck-up nose or a tiny one from just the nostrils.
Welcome!
