Build: Swimmer's build
Eye color: Originally hazel with green flecks, now they're clouded grey, he's almost legally blind. He wears different colored contacts everyday but red seems to be his favorito.
Hair color: Black
Hair Style: Bangs that hang in his face (to his dismay) and the back sticks up (also to his dismay)
Skin color: Tan
Blemishes/Scars: Nada, he's clumsy but never scars
Outfits: A grey collared shirt with black, pin-striped tie and vest. Usually doesn't wear a suit jacket and wears pin-striped slacks. Has nice dark brown dress shoes.
Jewelery: Unless his colored contacts count, he doesn't wear anything except for a silver Rolex watch.

Personality: Douchebag, conceited, asshole, super dick, idiot, stubborn, elitist. The list goes on. He's actually caring but really sucks at showing it and ends up getting frustrated. He yells a lot and pretends to be better than everyone.

History
Salem comes from a poor family. They were always short on cash and trips to the doctor was just a dream. Because of this, Salem's parents (and himself) always seemed to be sick with one thing or another. Some things even became diseases that could have easily been avoided. His eye sight deteriorated due to the lack of care and through many scholarships, he is now on his path to becoming a doctor himself.
He met Beaverton while traveling this path as well. He spent three happy years with "her" before proposing to "her." That's when he found out "she" was actually "he" and he was too stupid to realize that. He beat Beaverton up and left him in an alleyway. This happened to be a turning point in his life as well.
He eventually came to terms with his sexuality and came back to attempt to woo Beaverton. Instead of catching Beaverton's eye however, he managed to catch a certain Alaskan city's eyes. Anch and Salem quickly developed a relationship with each other while Salem still attempts to woo Beaverton.
