❄ B a t t l e - S t r a t e g y / A b i l i t i e s ❄

She mainly uses her shovel for stunning and heavily damaging her enemies. A thin layer of ice covers the shovel making it much more painful than a regular shovel.

Buried Alive: With a heavy whack, she's able to send her enemies a few inches into the ground, although this takes up a lot of energy, considering it takes a lot of strength to send someone through the ground.

To The Grave: She twirls the shovel in her hands, attacking her enemies repeatedly in the process.

Virus: If made in contact with her shovel, you turn very, very cold. It is not a placebo effect, and you will actually feel as though you're going to die from the cold. This is just to stun enemies, though.

❄ M a g i c ❄

Snowman: In which Delilah literally curls up and hides herself in a gigantic snowball. The snow gathers up around her, and builds a solid dome, in which she hides in. Often, targets lose where she is and forget to check the snowball, with it being a perfect sphere, there's absolutely no way she could've dug her way inside and left it looking perfect.

Healing: When she smashes her shovel against the ground, ice breaks out into small pieces which heals herself by 20%

❄ W e a k n e s s ❄

Grabbing at the most delicate parts on her face will cause immobility. These places being her nose or her forehead. Her biggest weakness is if someone breaks her face. It is frailer and much more delicate than every other part of her body, and breaking her face will kill her.

❄ P e r s o n a l i t y ❄

Conflicted | Considerate | Quiet | Odd sense of humor | Socially awkward | "Doormat" | Pretends to be bad-ass sometimes | Did I mention awkward | Has an old-fashioned way of thinking |

Conflicted: Doesn't like the cold, but she still likes it. In short, Delilah is very conflicted. She's unable to keep track of what she loves and despises, since sometimes it depends. But MOST of the time, she is very decisive of things she needs, not so much the things she wants.

Considerate(ew): She's considerate of other's feelings and doesn't speak out of turn when her opinion is not needed. She knows not to stick her nose in other people's businesses and when to keep quiet and to not tell the bitter truth.

Quiet: She's not mean or nasty, she's just very quiet and withdrawn. Ever since the blizzard incident, she feels as though she can't speak due to the feeling of being in an eternal winter. (In short, talking hurts sometimes.)

Odd sense of humour: Did you just say 'do do'? Despite being terribly quiet, she's still a child and still reacts quite foolishly to such things. A giggle or a stifle of laughter may escape, but press on that topic and she'll avoid it.

Socially awkward: If there's one thing she's terrible at, it's starting conversations. She is completely hopeless at starting any, and waiting for her to say anything is a bad idea. If you try to play hard to get along with, she won't bother to deal with you and will probably just walk away since it'd be too hard to talk normally.

Doormat: She's very easy to influence and is a complete pushover. Delilah is very obedient to those she looks up to, and once you've gained her trust, she'll do many things that she is asked to.

Has an old-fashioned way of thinking: Kissing is bad. Hugging is bad. Everything that your parents apparently "didn't" do at the age of 10 is bad. Delilah had always listened to the wisdom and the knowledge of those older, and takes their advice into consideration.

❄ H i s t o r y ❄

Delilah lived in the coldest parts of England, with her mother. From the day she was born, and even way before that, her family had been living in poverty. Delilah’s father had left them while she was still very young, so she has no recollection of him. She lived with her mother for about nine years, until her mother had fallen gravely ill. It was due to the cold. Her mother had become frail from the sudden weather changes that would happen now and then, and Delilah was still young, so she wasn’t able to see through her mother’s blatant lies of “I’m fine” or “I’m not sick” etc. But if there was one thing that Delilah was able to understand was that they were poor. Her mother would take jobs that didn't require much labour but unfortunately, weren't great paying jobs either. From this, Delilah had often wondered how her mother had come to stay so healthy even under the conditions she was in.

Answer? She wasn’t healthy. Due to barely having enough money to take care of both of them, Delilah’s mother focused more on raising her child, rather than her own health. Even with the spare money that she’d saved up on rare occasions, she would use it on Delilah. With the money, she bought her a small porcelain doll. Her reasoning for doing all this for Delilah was simple. She felt that it was her time to go, and wanted what was best for Delilah before she had passed. And that was her final gift to Delilah.

A few months later, she had passed away unexpectedly, leaving Delilah by herself, just by the end of the harsh winter. Her mother was buried, and Delilah was sent to an orphanage. She was lost and upset and didn’t understand what she was supposed to do at that point. All she had ever done was through her mother, and she had never been independent in her life before.

Luckily for her, someone had adopted her. A young and wealthy man, who didn’t seem too harsh or strict about much. He was terminal, but that didn’t stop him from living happily, it seemed all he wanted was a daughter or a son. Delilah lived peacefully with the man for about a year, but she still felt empty. After all, blood was thicker than water, and Delilah was beginning to miss her mother more than ever. At some points, she’d ask him if she could go to her grave to visit, and he would let her, only if he accompanied. Although it was a selfish thought, Delilah had always wanted to go alone. She shunned her foster father completely.

She had thought that by visiting her mother’s grave, she would be able to cheer up, but no, it had worsened her mood. Delilah became more upset, day by day, locking herself in an empty room, which contained nothing but a bed, wardrobe, a few other necessities and her porcelain doll. The doll had always sat by her dresser, and she never bothered to touch it, fearing it would bring back memories of her mother. One day she asked the man, if she was able to visit the cemetery by herself this time. It had been another year since her mother died, and that being the date of her mother’s death. But the man shook his head and told her she wasn’t able to leave, since the blizzard was worsening outside and he, of course was worried about her.

It was futile to ask him, Delilah thought as she walked back into her room to sulk again. But around about midnight, she snuck out of the house while everyone was asleep, and walked through the harsh cold. She got to her mother’s cemetery, but from remembering her mother’s death, she broke down in tears, her breakdown worse than usual.

Soon enough, the man had found her in the blizzard and carried her back into the home before she had caught a worse cold. Apparently, he heard her sneaking out in the night, and went out to check. Delilah was furious. He did NOT have the right to take her away from her own mother. Even in her fury, she wasn’t able to notice the violent coughs escaping her poor foster father. From then on, the man had made sure that everyone in the household, every servant, maid, butler had an eye on her so that she wouldn't be able to escape. Well at least while they were watching. She kept to herself in that room, not saying a word. Although, every minute or so, she would find herself staring at the doll her late mother had given her. Soon enough, she began to pour out her heart and soul to it. As creepy as it may have sounded, Delilah felt as though the doll was listening, when in fact, it wasn't.

She lived like that for quite a while. After eating breakfast, lunch or dinner, she would sit in her room, talking to the porcelain doll, playing around with it, anything. It was sadly the only thing that she could’ve trusted. Unfortunately for her foster father, he was still ignored completely by Delilah. Delilah, still being the young child she was, wasn't able to tell how people really felt towards her attitude, and never noticed how gloomy her foster father was that he was being shunned by her. Everything changed one stormy night, when Delilah had drawn to a conclusion after weeks of talking to an inanimate object. She was going to escape. When Delilah was sure everyone was asleep, checking every room to make sure, she had planned on sneaking out through her bedroom window. But as she opened it, she saw something at the corner of her eye. It was the doll. It lay there silently, but Delilah could just feel that that she was making the wrong decision by going out. Something about that doll told her she'd regret everything she's going to do. The doll neither spoke nor did it move, but Delilah still felt she was about to make the wrong move. But she shook off her doubts, and with a swift movement, picked up the doll before escaping through the window.

The blizzard was worse than before, and Delilah wasn’t able to see anything. An hour passed and she finally found her way to the cemetery, and her mother’s grave. She knelt beside it and cried heavily. Delilah missed her very much, and being kept in that home made her heavily upset. She cried for a good hour before noticing a shovel nearby. Without much thought, Delilah grabbed the shovel, which was probably left by the caretaker of the cemetery, and began to dig at the grave. She wanted to die. Desperately. But as she struck the shovel into the snow, she remembered the man. Foolish, she thought, that wasn’t the time to be thinking about someone she wasn’t even related to.

But she remembered, he was ill, just like her mother was. And what would happen if he had gone searching for her once again? His illness could take a turn for the worse, and it would be her fault. Delilah’s grip around the shovel loosened, before she looked at the thick blizzard storm, wondering if she had enough time to return home. She tried to stand up, but was knocked down by the violent winds. Unfortunately, due to being there for too long, she could feel a terrible migraine and her whole being tremble. No. No. It couldn’t be over yet. But it did. She felt her almost-frozen eyelids close as she lost her footing and collapsed on the snow, clutching tightly onto the doll in her hands.

Another person was going to die because of her.

Delilah could feel herself cry, even as she felt her being disappear. She wanted to see him again. She wanted to see her again as well, but what would she say if she found out what her own daughter did? Delilah didn't want to think about that. She wanted to be alive. So that her mother would be proud of her, even if she wasn't with her. But was it possible? Delilah felt her whole being disappear, becoming lifeless and completely unresponsive, just like the porcelain doll in her hands.

That was when she heard that voice.

"Young one, how would you like to live again?" And from there, Delilah felt like she could be forgiven for what she had done.

C a u s e  o f  D e a t h : Hypothermia - She had been out at a graveyard for god knows how long, and died from the harsh blizzard storm.

C o n t r a c t : Retreat. She doesn't want the man to die because of her, she didn't want more people to suffer because of her selfishness.

F a m i l y :

[Felicia Lillegard] - Delilah's deceased mother. A caring woman, who cared about her daughter than she did herself.

[Alec Ericksen] - Delilah's foster father. Terminal since birth, who cared deeply about Delilah, but often ignored the fact that he was being shunned by her.

- Can speak English and some French

- Gets migranes once in a while. It is similar to a headache that you get when it's too cold.

- When she removes her mittens, she becomes very, very sick. So you'll probably never see her remove them unless she was somewhere completely safe whichisnowhere

- Her hair was drained of all colours, and turned metallic blue. (She used to be a brunette)

- The scarf was a proper scarf, before she got caught in the final blizzard and a whole bunch of twigs had gotten stuck in it.

- Can't feel drastic temperature changes, so she doesn't complain about it.

- The cracks are due to exposure to the cold
