pew! Finally finished this request for ~Genocidal-Suicide C: I hope her hair turned out okay, cuz in the pic I was linked to, it was up and so yeah.

and uh LOL I got carried away with the white dots and stuff, i know it's really distracting, but i had fun. C<
and uhhh idk my tablet died yesterday. dunno how to fix :c

This is beautiful. The lighrs are so pretty and they make the picture look very otherworldly. The character is almost lost in the effect. However I do love the hair which you did beautifuly.

Nice job, but like you said you went overboard with the glowing effects. Turn down the intensity on those glows, and it will look better, I think.
