Man I've been slow with commenting lately. Trying to play catch up today! I love how bright your colors are (as well as the color combination- my favoriiittte). The muscle structure is great, and the concept is tight. I feel like a little bit more could have been done with the skin though, especially in the areas that are peelign away from the face. At the moment, they appear somewhat flat, and makes it seem as if the muscle is tattooed on, rather than underneath. Adding a little bit of value near the edges could help with this effect.
Otherwise, fantastic. I'm really enjoying seeing some of these more conceptual and experimental pieces in your gallery (even if I'm way late getting to commenting on this one).

yeah, I feel the same way about the skin but this is one of hte first times I've actually done something like this so I had no idea what I was doing. Plus I didn't have computer access while I drew this so I just winged everything, almost. ):
