Overall, this is a pretty nice piece of art! It shows your individual style through it which I think is a pretty important factor.
The good:
The gray-blue and white outline really emphasizes the piece! It brings out the main focus a lot more and focal point is the eyes which is a good sign.
Improvement:
However going off of "the good" since the main focal point is the eyes, I would suggest you put a good amount of effort into them so that it seems more well done.
In my opinion, your linework needs to be more confident. It seems shaky and a bit messy. To fix this I suggest going out of your comfort zone to make bold strokes and try to improve your linework! Especially around the eyes is where it seems to be the problem.
