Not my best pastel work to date >.O kinda messed up that mouth there and I underestimated my black pastel and overestimated my white pastel >3>
I'm gunna hafta work with them two but anyway yeah Chain Chomp and I will probably continue along with these Mario themed pics or I might not, not sure yet.

I don't know what you were going for, but looks pretty ok Β to me ^^
Only thing I would say, is that he doesn't look very round because of the wobbly edges and he looks very 2D, prolly because of the underestimation of the black and the overstimation of the white?
The chain looks good, and his teeth too, very metally looking. ^^

Yes I thought the black wouldn't be as hungry as it was >.O it kind of took over everything and I thought the white would be strong enough to knock it back a bit but it didn't really just made it slightly grey >.O

try an all black and white character or monochrome piece for practice maybeh?
though idk if there's any other greyscale based char of the mario themes...

and yea I really like how the chain chomp looks. may had been accidental but I like how slightly toned down his shine is
