It’s today! And this year we finally got round to a few tourist-friendly English translations of our Rues de Lyon comics magazine, I have montage’d part of my issue for you here.
The Fête des Lumières, the December 8th festival of lights and thanksgiving to the Virgin Mary, in my current city of residence Lyon. Lyon is one of several French cities with a specifically Marian tradition, going back to the very early Christians.
