Really neat. I can see that you sure got some skills in drawing hair, I sure like the design on your hair, specially the one to the left. It's alive somehow. Their bodies seems somewhat kinda "off", can't really tell you what tp improve this but maybe to give them some more chest. Atleast to the one on the left.
I must say that I do like the background really much, and that beard too ^^.

My problem, which I can't seem to get rid off, is to draw too big heads and that's why the rest of the body seems small in many ways. Darn chest

I too have my own little problems, I start off with the head like most people do (I think...) but I leave the eyes as the final touch, witch is resulted in several hours of curses and body-slams again the wall. They always turn out whrong, but I shall fix this matter... some day soon
There are some "head-rules" I have heard during art class in school, that the upperbody is "insert-number-here" long and the legs that many heads long... well I think that you got the picture 
I don' think that their bodies are off just because a certain view, that sounds quite whrong. Nah, the reason why; I think is that you though bout them in another view then the one you drawed. Atleast I do that all the time, don't know bout other though. But thats my guess atleast
