uhm... I did? The marking on the head is different, the spikes on the wings are more angular and the fins have more points just like Latios's do. Also the ears are different if you looked a touch harder.

Latios' head mark is oval shaped, not rectangular; I mean where the color is, not the white spot.
The ears also need to be longer/ovular too. And again, the butt spikes are Latias versions. Not Latios.

Fair point, I fluffed up the more angular/rectangular marking on the head where it should be more like an oval. I'm guess I'm just extremely defensive because this is one of my favourite pieces of artwork and yet the first bit of feedback I get is all just telling me what I did wrong. I won't change it, since it'd just be too tedious by this point, but I get what you're saying.
