Rainbow Dash has just recently been thrown in prison and wasn't told why.
She has no cellmates, it's just her, but it's better than having an insane cellmate that's wants to rape you all the time.
But there is a griffon, just across the corridor from her cell.
He says to Rainbow Dash "Oh look, an equine in an equine prison. I guess they don't play favorites, huh? Your own kinsmen think your a piece of pony trash. How sad."
He continues with "I bet the guards give you "special" treatment before the end. Oh, that's right. You're going to die in here, pony! You're going to die!"
He then goes on to inform "Equine scum like you give the Kingdom a bad name. you see. You're an embarrassment. Best if you just...disappeared."
The griffon finally finishes with "Hey, hear that? The guards are coming...for you!" He then let's out a short, insane chuckle.Β
Rainbow hears footstep coming down the hall, there is incomprehensible muffles, but she manages to hear something about an attack and someones sons. One sounded female.
The female guard gives her a look. Not one of anger but one of surprise. "What's this prisoner doing here, this cell is supposed to be off-limits."
Another guard named Baurus replies "A usual mixup with the watch, I..."
He was cut off by the female guard "Never mind, get that gate open."Β
She warns Rainbow dash "Stand back, prisoner, we won't hesitate to kill you if you get in our way."
Rainbow Dash, feeling frightened and confused, steps to the far wall of her cell. Baurus told her to stay put.
The other guard leads what looks like a princess into Rainbow's cell. The princess notices Rainbow.
"You...I've seen you..." said the princess.
"let me take a better look at you." Rainbow Dash remained silent and confused. The princess walked over to her.
"You are the one from my dreams. Then the stars were right, and this is the day. Gods give me strength."
"Wha...?" Was all Rainbow dash could manage.
"Assassins have attacked my sons and I am next. My Blades are leading me out of the city along a secret escape route. By chance, the entrance to that escape route leads through your cell."
Rainbow asked "Why am I here?" in a shaky voice. She sounded like Fluttershy. The princess responded with "Perhaps the god placed you here so that we may meet."
"As for what you have done, it does not matter. That is not what you will be remembered for."
Rainbow Dash felt as if she was dreaming, what a relief.
"Who are you" Rainbow also asked. I am your princess, Celestia and I serve Equestria as her ruler. You are a citizen of Equestria, and, you too, shall serve her in your own way."Β
"What should I do?" Was another question Rainbow needed to know the answer to.
"You will find your own path. Take care...There will be blood and death before the end.
The mare guard said to Celestia "Please sire, we must keep moving."
A part of the wall began to shake and it started to slide down, revealing a system of tunnels. She had permission to follow them. She was free...

A guard comes in, "The Princess is here to see you!" RD hops off the bed and looks out of her cell.
"I am so so so sorry Princess!" Said RD, "Please don't banish me!"
Celestia just stares at Rainbow, then turns to a guard, "Let the others in."Β The rest of the mane six come in.
"I'm willing to be lenient, but this crime just cannot go unpunished...Tell me, are you still loyal?" Said Celestia.
"YES!!!" Shouted RD louder than she meant. "I'm sorry...yes, I'm still loyal." RD then slumped downward.
"Good. Are you ready to hear your sentence?"Β RD lowered her head, then slowly nodded.
Celestia paused, then said, "I, Princess Celestia of Equestria, hereby sentence you, Rainbow Dash, to spend 14 years in captivity."
Rainbow turned towards Fluttershy, "Fluttershy?"
"Yes?" Asked Fluttershy.
"Please take good care of Tank."Β
"Oh of course. I promise." Answered Fluttershy.
Pinkie came bouncing over, "The princess said I can give you this." Pinkie handed RD a browny.
"And I got you this." Said AJ who hoofed her three candy apples.
Eventually they all left, leaving poor RD alone.
After awhile, a griffon came in the room, "My name is Mildred, I am your warden; I can either be your friend or enemy. It's your choice."
Rainbow Dash thought to herself, 'This is going to be a long 14 years.'
