I know for a fact that evidence was forged,because I saw my arch nemesis Mewthree planted them there because he knows how much I love her so he framed her by having an evil Zoroark named Despair disguise herself as Dashie with her illusion powers, getting some fur from her, getting a horseshoe she came into contact with and stamped it in a few places, and Mewthree himself used psychic from afar to make the gun powder appear there, plus Dashie has no reason to attack anywhere in Canterlot!

Oh and so you know what they look like, Mewthree is a clone of Mewtwo execept he's a Shadow Pokemon, his body is black, his tail, eyes, and claws are red, the eyes having black reptilian looking pupils, and he has robotic parts because I killed him once before, but someone revived him using cybernetics.
Despair the Zoroark is also a Shadow Pokemon and she looks different from other Zoroarks, her body is also black, but her chest fur, mane, and claws are a silver color and her eyes are also red with black pupils.
